We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM/PPDS Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling. The consultant will be responsible for AMS and production support, issue resolution, process monitoring, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SAP PP, QM, and PPDS in an AMS/production support environment.
- Support MRP, production orders, production planning, and scheduling processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to production planning and execution.
- Support quality notifications, inspection lots, inspection planning, and quality processes.
- Handle batch management and batch-related planning issues.
- Support PPDS planning and detailed scheduling activities.
- Analyze production and planning issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Manage and resolve Incidents, Problems, and Change Requests as per defined SLAs.
- Provide production and hypercare support during deployments, releases, upgrades, and major changes.
- Coordinate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.




- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles.

Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP PP.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM.
- Good experience in SAP PPDS.

- Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Experience supporting global manufacturing environments.
