About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/CS Functional Consultant with 10-14 years of SAP expertise across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP implementations, and AMS support engagements. The role involves leading solution design, business process optimization, support delivery, and enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PM/CS implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design activities.
- Configure and support SAP PM functionalities including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Work Centres, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Notifications, and Work Orders.
- Design and implement Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes.
- Support Calibration Management, Refurbishment Processes,



Asset Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance Costing.
- Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Warranty Management, Service Contracts, and Installed Base Management.
- Implement Repair Processes, Resource Related Billing, In-house Repairs, and Field Service Management solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PM/CS incidents, enhancements, and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis, defect resolution, and system optimization activities.
- Manage configuration changes, transport management, and release deployments.
- Support business users during critical business operations and month-end activities.
- Participate in ticket triaging, SLA monitoring, and support governance processes.
- Collaborate with Basis, Security, ABAP, Integration, and business teams.
- Analyze maintenance and customer service processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Drive standardization and best practices across maintenance and service operations.
- Support reliability improvement initiatives and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) strategies.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development activities.
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
- Support cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
- Create functional design documents, configuration guides, test scripts, process flows, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10-14 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PM and SAP CS modules.
- Hands-on experience in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Expertise in Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Notifications, and Work Orders.
- Experience with Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes.
- Strong understanding of Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Calibration, Refurbishment, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in Customer Service processes including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Warranty Management.




- Experience with Installed Base Management, Customer Equipment Tracking, Repair Processes, and Resource Related Billing.
- Experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Maintenance and Service Management.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong AMS and Production Support experience.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, QM, EWM/WM, Fiori, and Workflow solutions.
- Understanding of IDOCs, Interfaces, Batch Jobs, Workflows, and SAP integrations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with ABAP developers for enhancements and reporting requirements.
- Exposure to APIs and integration frameworks is desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead functional workstreams in complex SAP environments.
