Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage plant maintenance activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for plant operations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to identify trends and areas for improvement in plant performance.

- Develop reports on plant performance metrics such as downtime reduction, equipment efficiency improvements, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module or similar software applications.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MCA preferred but not mandatory.

- Solid understanding of industrial automation concepts, including SCADA systems integration with ERPs like SAP.
