Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Recipe Management, Specification Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and EHS (Setting, Health & Safety). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PLM solutions, primarily for process industries such as Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Food & Beverages, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support SAP PLM Recipe Development and Recipe Management solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP Specification Management for material, product, and regulatory compliance data.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PLM functional specifications.
- Design and configure Recipe Development processes, formulations, and product data structures.
- Support Product Lifecycle Management processes including product development, change management, and compliance.




- Work closely with business stakeholders, R&D;, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Conduct testing, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues.

Required Skills
- 5 to 15 years of experience in SAP PLM.
- Strong expertise in SAP Recipe Management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Specification Management.
- Knowledge of SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
- Experience in Product Development, Compliance Management, and Product Lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and Change Management.
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PP, QM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
