Role & responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Configure integrations across SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals with OpenText xECM/Content Server.

- Manage Business Workspaces, workspace templates, business object types, classifications, and Records Management (RM) classifications.

- Implement HR document lifecycle and personnel file management, including document generation, storage, retrieval, and archiving.

- Configure metadata mapping, taxonomy, folder structures, and document classifications aligned with HR processes.

- Develop and maintain integrations using OData, SFAPI, SAP CPI/PI-PO, XML, and XSLT.

- Perform configuration, customization, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot xECM, Content Server, document workflow, and SuccessFactors integration issues.

- Ensure adherence to records management, document retention, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with HR, IT,



and functional teams for requirement gathering, technical specifications, documentation, and solution design.

Preferred candidate profile

- 79 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) for SAP SuccessFactors.

- Solid hands-on expertise in OpenText xECM, Content Server, Business Workspaces, workspace templates, and Records Management classifications.

- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals with OpenText xECM.

- Good experience with integration technologies including OData, SFAPI, SAP CPI/PI-PO, XML, and XSLT, along with metadata mapping and document classification.

- Experience in HR document lifecycle management, personnel file management, testing, deployment, production support, and troubleshooting; knowledge of document retention and compliance requirements is preferred.
