Responsibilities:

- Lead Solutions Design for S/4 Hana, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)
- Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for SAP Source to Pay, inclusive of Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management, Materials Management (Direct and Indirect)
- Configure SAP solutions for Enterprise Master Data structures, Purchase Order Types, Output types, Listing & Exclusions
- Design S4/Hana solutions at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting SAP business processes in alignment with K-C’s strategic vision
- Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form)

- Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects and other stakeholders
- Operate in close partnership with the IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross functional teams, add-ons, etc.
- Prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare support
- Advise business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.
- Create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience with at least 5 years’ experience working on SAP procurement transformations at an enterprise scale
- Minimum of 7 years configuration experience in SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, Materials Management
- Experience in integrating SAP with third party systems like Ariba, Coupa etc
- Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/ Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Finance will be desirable
- Participated in multiple full cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on analytics led business transformation
- High Learning Agility with outcome-oriented and a transformative mindset bringing forward best in class data, process, and technical designs for purpose
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive
- Experience in creating/ reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams across geographies in a cross cultural connect
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Formal training & certification in SAP Functional modules is preferred
