Role Description The SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant - Training role is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality SAP MM training to aspiring and working professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training content, conducting live online sessions, and explaining core MM processes such as procurement, inventory management, and master data configuration. The consultant will guide learners through practical exercises, system demos, and case studies based on real-world scenarios,



while answering questions and providing ongoing mentorship.

Additional tasks include assessing learner progress, preparing evaluation materials, and collaborating with the academy team to continuously improve curriculum and training delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong SAP Materials Management expertise, including configuration and support for core MM processes.
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes in procurement, inventory management, and related supply chain workflows.
- Solid analytical skills for troubleshooting, process optimization, and explaining complex concepts in a clear, structured way.
- Effective communication skills for teaching, presenting, and providing feedback in a remote learning environment.
- Experience managing and maintaining SAP master data and ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Previous experience as a SAP MM consultant, trainer, or functional analyst is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using online training platforms, collaboration tools, and virtual classroom technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent qualified experience.
- Professional certifications in SAP MM or related SAP modules are an advantage.
