We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Consultant with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions and be able to drive implementation projects, support existing solutions, and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead and participate in SAP IBP implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.

- Configure SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP;).

- Business Process Analysis:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP IBP solutions.

- Solution Design and Development:

- Design and develop custom solutions within the SAP IBP framework to meet specific business needs.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

- Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IBP applications.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest SAP IBP developments and industry trends.





- Propose and implement enhancements to optimize business planning processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support.

- Solid understanding of business processes in supply chain management, demand planning, and sales & operations planning.

- Proficiency in SAP IBP modules such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP IBP certification.

- Experience with SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) or other planning tools.

- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies.
