Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to design, configure, and optimize our cloud-driven supply chain planning frameworks. The ideal candidate will translate complex demand sensing patterns, sales and operations operations (S&OP;) pipelines, and inventory constraints into advanced planning algorithms and scalable automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure core SAP IBP planning modules, focusing on IBP Demand, IBP Sales & Operations (S&OP;), IBP Inventory, and IBP Supply.

- Design advanced statistical forecasting models and demand sensing profiles utilizing automated machine learning models and historical consumption streams.

- Construct planning areas, key figures, master data types, and attributes to align the cloud architecture with global enterprise operational requirements.

- Optimize multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO) parameters, balancing working capital targets against required customer service level targets.





- Build custom planning views and dashboard matrices within the SAP IBP Excel Add-In interface and web-based analytical apps to support executive decisions.

- Orchestrate seamless data integration models between SAP IBP and backend master execution layers (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) using SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS).

- Define alerts, custom notifications, and task governance workflows inside the process management workspace to monitor ongoing business review metrics.

Requirements

- 4 to 8 years of core enterprise supply chain planning engineering experience, with 4+ dedicated years actively designing, building, and maintaining SAP IBP system variants.

- Robust technical mastery of IBP Excel UI components, planning area configuration mechanics, key figure logic calculations, and advanced supply planning heuristic algorithms.

- Deep structural understanding of constraint-based capacity evaluations, master data mapping conventions, product lifecycles, and cross-functional S&OP; management.

- Mandatory certification: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP IBP for Supply Chain.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior configuration background working with SAP PP, MM, or advanced APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) legacy models.

- Experience adjusting integration parameters for real-time external data lakes or third-party logistics tracking networks.
