Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP IBP Consultant with 10-12 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning and solid hands-on expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP;/Response processes.

The role requires robust functional expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, integration teams, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP IBP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective SAP IBP solutions.
- Design and configure SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP;, and Response & Supply.

- Configure and optimize statistical forecasting, demand sensing, consensus demand planning, and forecast models.
- Work with business stakeholders to define S&OP; processes, planning cycles, scenarios, KPIs, and business requirements.
- Configure Supply Planning and Response using appropriate heuristics, optimizer, and supply-demand balancing capabilities.
- Support Inventory Planning, including target inventory, safety stock, and service-level-based planning.
- Design and support integration between SAP IBP and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration, CPI-DS, SDI, or other relevant integration technologies.

- Analyze integration errors, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and resolve planning and integration issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and planning reports.
- Lead functional testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to junior consultants and review solution designs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, integration teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, process documentation, and user guides.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize planning models, configurations, and business processes.
- Participate in workshops, solution demonstrations, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot critical SAP IBP planning and integration issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning with strong hands-on SAP IBP experience.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following SAP IBP areas:
- IBP for Demand
- IBP for Supply
- IBP for Inventory
- IBP for S&OP;
- IBP for Response & Supply

- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Attributes, Time Profiles, Versions, Planning Operators,



and Planning Views.
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning and statistical forecasting techniques.
- Experience with Supply Planning, heuristics, optimizer, and supply-demand balancing.
- Good understanding of S&OP; processes and end-to-end supply chain planning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP integration with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with CPI-DS, SAP Cloud Integration, SDI, or equivalent IBP integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data and transactional data relevant to supply chain planning.
- Experience in SAP IBP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently lead workshops, solution discussions, and implementation activities.

- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and IBP analytics.
