SAP IBP IBO/OBP AMS Support - Job Summary

- Experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong knowledge of IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP/IBO) for AMS support and enhancement projects.
- Responsible for supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP IBP planning processes.
- Work closely with business users, supply planners, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
- Support end-to-end planning processes across SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP IBP and Order-Based Planning processes.
- Support SAP IBP OBP/IBO planning processes and troubleshoot production issues.
- Monitor and resolve incidents related to planning, order data, supply, demand, and integration.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to Order-Based Planning runs and planning results.
- Support configuration and maintenance of IBP planning models and planning processes.

- Support real-time integration and batch data loads.
- Monitor integration jobs and resolve failed data loads.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests within agreed SLA timelines.
- Support enhancements and approved configuration changes.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and support documentation.




- Coordinate with SAP IBP, SD, MM, PP, S/4HANA, integration, and business teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Participate in regular AMS status calls and provide incident/status reports.
- Support knowledge transfer and maintain knowledge-base documentation.
