About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our team in a remote, offshore capacity. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on expertise across the full SAP Integrated Business Planning suite, with a particular strength in Order-Based Planning (OBP). This is an prospect to lead high-impact planning workstreams for global clients while working within a flexible offshore/onshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP IBP solutions across Demand, Supply, Response, and Supply Planning processes.
- Own configuration, planning runs, and troubleshooting for SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP).
- Design and support SAP IBP Real-Time Integration (RTI) with SAP S/4HANA, covering master and transactional data integration and real-time data flows.
- Drive end-to-end SAP IBP implementation — from solution design and configuration through testing, go-live, production support, and integration issue resolution.




- Partner closely with onshore and offshore stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable IBP solutions and leading workstreams independently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex planning and integration issues in a timely, structured manner.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with strong expertise across Demand, Supply, Response, and Supply Planning processes.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP), including configuration, planning runs, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with SAP IBP Real-Time Integration (RTI) with SAP S/4HANA, including master/transactional data integration and real-time data flows.
- Proven track record in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, including solution design, testing, production support, and integration issue resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with demonstrated experience working in offshore/onshore delivery models and leading IBP workstreams.
