SAP Hybris Developer Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : At least 3 years of experience working with SAP Hybris.

Technical Skills : Basic understanding of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful web services, and API integrations. Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Communication : Solid communication and teamwork abilities.

Certifications : Certifications in SAP Hybris, Agile methodologies, and other relevant areas are a plus. Should have experience in interaction with customer.

Experience in application support & maintenance projects adds value. Knowing O1 and O2 support process. Tasks &

Responsibilities: L2 Support Incident Management Service Requests User Provisioning and Access Management Ongoing Operations activities Transition from existing team Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Hybris platform.

Technical Support :



Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process and solutions.

Client Interaction: Translate business objectives into technical solutions and ensure client satisfaction. L3 Support Analysis, Design, Build/Change, Unit/System Testing Create and implement SAP Implement customizations and extensions on the Hybris platform. Hybris-based e-commerce solutions.

Configurations, Code Fixes and Data Loads Release management activities L2 and L3 coordination with product Owners, Customer co-ordination groups. L2 and L3 related coordination with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and other developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
