We are looking for an SAP HR Compensation & Payroll Specialist with experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting of SAP HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll and Compensation processes.

Work on employee payroll, salary, deductions, bonuses, and compensation-related processes.

Handle payroll processing, payroll runs, corrections, and issue resolution.

Configure and maintain SAP Payroll rules, schemas, wage types, and payroll-related settings.

Support integration between SAP Payroll, Time Management, and other HR modules.

Analyze and resolve payroll and compensation-related issues.





Work with HR/business teams to understand requirements and provide SAP solutions.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user documentation.

Support testing, deployment, and production activities.

Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable business and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP HR Payroll.

Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support.

Knowledge of wage types, payroll schemas, rules, and payroll processing.

Understanding of SAP Time Management and HR integration.

Knowledge of compensation processes such as salary increases, bonuses, and incentives.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
