- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized HR processes using SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, etc.
- Provide technical guidance on SAP HCM configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP HCM implementations and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-20 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM projects from end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PA), Perks (BP), Time Management (TM), Compensation & Recruiting (HRM).
- Experience working with Freelancers/Consultants is an added advantage.
