- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical expertise on Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration, Compensation & Recruitment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation or support role.
- Robust understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking etc. .
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems like SAP HCM is required.
