Role & responsibilities

Project Description:

- Solid SAP HCM experience across core HR processes.
- Exposure to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll or Time Management is preferred.
- Ability to work with HR/business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.
- S/4HANA or SuccessFactors integration exposure is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, support, and implementation activities.
- Good exposure to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or related modules is preferred.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR systems.
- Ability to work closely with HR/business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, issue resolution, and user support.
