Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with 8+ years of SAP HCM experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and KSA/Saudi Arabia Payroll.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Saudi payroll processes, statutory requirements, payroll configuration, implementation, integration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) with a strong focus on KSA Payroll.
- Handle end-to-end Saudi payroll processes, including regular and off-cycle payroll.
- Configure wage types, payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and payroll rules.
- Support Saudi-specific payroll requirements, salary structures, allowances, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Handle payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and error resolution.
- Configure and support retroactive accounting and payroll adjustments.
- Support integration between SAP HCM Payroll and SAP FI/CO.
- Work closely with PA, OM, and Time Management modules.
- Support payroll interfaces with banking systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable Saudi Arabia labor and payroll regulations.
- Support Saudi-specific statutory and payroll requirements, including GOSI and Wage Protection System (Mudad/WPS) processes.
- Analyze payroll discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and integrations.
- Coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for payroll-related developments.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.




- Provide production support and resolve payroll issues within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in SAP HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver SAP solutions.

Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP HCM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY).
- Mandatory KSA/Saudi Arabia Payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of Saudi payroll processes and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with GOSI and Saudi Wage Protection System (WPS/Mudad).
- Strong experience with:
- Payroll Schemas
- PCRs
- Wage Types
- Retroactive Payroll
- Off-cycle Payroll
- Payroll reconciliation
- Payroll posting to FI/CO
- Experience with SAP HCM PA, OM, and Time Management.
- Experience in SAP Payroll implementation and/or production support.
- Positive knowledge of SAP HCM tables and payroll results.
- Experience working with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM / SAP HCM for S/4HANA.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP Payroll.
- Experience with Saudi/GCC payroll implementations.
- SAP HCM Payroll certification is an advantage.
- Experience in large-scale SAP HCM transformation or rollout projects.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
