- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.




- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and system monitoring within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex database issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of database security practices and user access management.
- Ability to work with automation tools and scripts to streamline database administration tasks.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
