Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / SAP GTS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes along with strong experience in SAP GTS implementation, rollout, integration, testing, and production support.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and offshore/onshore teams to understand requirements, design solutions, configure SAP modules, resolve issues, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP SD and SAP GTS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing
- Delivery Processing
- Shipping
- Billing
- Credit Management
- Configure and support SAP GTS processes including:
- Export and Import Compliance
- Customs Management
- Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
- Legal Control
- Trade Preference Management
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
- Work closely with ABAP and integration teams on enhancements, reports, interfaces, and custom developments.
- Coordinate with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM/EWM teams for cross-functional integration.
- Support integration between SAP SD/GTS and external systems using IDoc, EDI, and other integration technologies.
- Participate in Unit Testing,



SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot critical SAP SD/GTS issues.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and user training.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams across project activities.
- Lead and mentor junior SAP SD/GTS consultants.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and meet business and compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP GTS experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Strong experience in:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing
- Billing
- Shipping and Delivery Processing
- Credit Management
- Export/Import Processes
- Strong understanding of SAP GTS Compliance and Global Trade processes.
- Experience integrating SAP SD/GTS with MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, testing, and production support.
- Good knowledge of IDoc/EDI interfaces and SAP integration concepts.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP GTS Compliance Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP GTS Customs and Foreign Trade processes.
- Experience with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) processes.
- Hands-on experience with IDoc/EDI integrations.
- SAP GTS certification is preferred.
- Experience leading SAP SD/GTS workstreams or small teams.
- Experience working on global SAP implementation and rollout projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
