- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, with full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Expertise in SAP Group Reporting: In-depth knowledge of its configuration and functionality.
- Accounting Acumen: Robust understanding of IFRS or local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP tools like ACDOCC and Fiori apps, and potentially other SAP EPM solutions like BPC or SAC.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and solve complex business problems.
- Industry Experience: Previous roles in financial consulting, corporate finance, or an audit firm are highly beneficial.
