We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Lead with 15-20 years of experience to lead SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and SAP Cloud applications.
The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Security & Authorizations, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Emergency Access Management and audit/compliance, along with proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP GRC strategy, governance and transformation initiatives.
- Design, implement and govern SAP GRC Access Control solutions.
- Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation and compliance.
- Manage Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter).
- Drive SAP Security and authorization activities across ECC and S/4HANA.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and security initiatives.
- Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of audit findings.
- Manage periodic access reviews and access governance.
- Drive role standardization and authorization quality.
- Collaborate with business, audit, cybersecurity and global stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of 1520 SAP GRC and Security consultants.
- Manage team capacity planning, work allocation and utilization.
- Drive performance management, coaching, career development and succession planning.
- Ensure delivery quality, SLA adherence and successful project execution.
