Role Description The SAP Functional Consultant – Plant Maintenance (PM) & Customer Service (CS)

11 to 16 years experience.

will work on-site in Pune in a full-time capacity,

collaborating closely with business and technical teams. This role involves analyzing and mapping business processes to SAP PM and CS modules, configuring and customizing solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation activities. The consultant will prepare functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP and technical teams, perform system testing, and support integration with related modules such as Materials Management and SAP FICO.

Daily responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, handling change requests, resolving functional issues, training users,



and providing ongoing support for SAP PM and CS operations. The role also requires documenting solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of SAP processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, process optimization, and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Business Process design, mapping, and improvement, especially in maintenance and customer service operations.
- Candidates should possess hands-on SAP expertise in PM and CS, with working knowledge of related modules such as SAP FICO.
- Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Materials Management and its integration with maintenance and service processes.
- Relevant experience in SAP PM and CS implementations, support, or upgrades in an enterprise setting.
- Ability to work on-site in collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; SAP certifications in PM/CS are an advantage.
- Experience with testing, documentation, user training, and adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards.
