- L3 Support & Maintenance: Resolve complex incident tickets, service requests, and problem errors within SLA timelines. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- System Enhancements: Lead Change Requests (CRs), implement SAP notes, manage regression testing, and oversee release management.
- Functional Configuration: Drive configuration for MRP, purchasing, inventory, production orders, and supply chain workflows.
- Technical Design: Draft detailed Functional Specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate closely with ABAP/technical teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main operational point of contact for business stakeholders and mentor junior support team members.
Required Profile
- 8 years of core SAP Functional consulting experience.
- Must have managed at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations and 4 years in dedicated Support & Maintenance roles.
- Deep configuration expertise in SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory), SAP PP (MRP, Capacity Planning), and SAP SCM (IBP, APO, or EWM).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, SolMan).
- Hands-on exposure to S/4HANA transitions is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
