Role Description The SAP Finance Control Consultant - Training role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will design and deliver instructor-led training programs in SAP FICO and related controlling modules, with a strong focus on CO-PA and core finance processes.

Daily responsibilities include developing training curricula, creating course materials and case studies, and conducting classroom and lab sessions for aspiring and working professionals. The role involves mapping business processes to SAP solutions, guiding learners through hands-on exercises on live or simulated SAP environments,



and mentoring participants on project-based scenarios. The consultant will also collaborate with the academy team to update content based on industry trends, assess learner performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of training offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO, including configuration and end-to-end implementation knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with CO-PA and controlling processes, including reporting and profitability analysis.
- Solid foundation in Finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate them into SAP process flows.
- Proficiency in analyzing Business Processes and mapping them to SAP solutions; ability to design realistic training scenarios.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving, case study development, and learner guidance.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer in SAP or finance domains is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; SAP certification in FICO or controlling is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage classroom dynamics, and maintain organized training documentation.
