We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Manager with strong expertise in SAP FI, FICO, FICA/BRIM and S/4HANA to join a leading Big4 organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Finance solution design, implementation and optimization.

Drive global template and enterprise structure design.

Lead Explore phase workshops and define enterprise standards.

Own project delivery from planning and customization through go-live and hypercare.

Design and configure SAP FI/FICO solutions across business processes.

Work closely with business owners, functional teams, developers and IT stakeholders.

Drive SAP Finance integration with legacy systems and external interfaces.

Support testing, deployment, issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Provide technical presentations and manage senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

8+ years of SAP Finance experience

Strong hands-on SAP FI/FICO

Deep experience in Enterprise Structure & Global Template setup





Strong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA and related areas

SAP RISE Private Cloud Edition hands-on experience

Experience leading Explore phase workshops

At least one full-cycle SAP FICA / BRIM / Convergent Invoicing implementation

Strong understanding of high-volume billing integration with General Ledger

Hands-on Bank Communication Management (BCM)

Intercompany Accounting experience

ECC and S/4HANA experience

Integration with legacy systems, payment gateways and external interfaces

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

Preferred Profile

Experience in global SAP Finance transformation programs.

Strong architectural and solution-design mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in training key users and providing production support.
