We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team, with a strong focus on the Financial (FI) module and a complementary understanding of Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in SAP FICO, delivering solutions to optimize financial and operational performance across various industries. This role is based in either Bangalore or Hyderabad, with a work-from-office requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Accounting (FI) Management:
- Implement, configure, and manage the SAP FI module, covering General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

- Drive the development and deployment of financial reporting systems and financial data analytics.

- Optimize financial workflows and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

- Controlling (CO) Understanding

- Support controlling processes and integration with finance, especially focusing on cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.

- Collaborate with the controlling team to align financial and controlling requirements in SAP FICO solutions.

- Functional Analysis and Solution Design:

- Lead business requirements gathering, documentation,



and solution design for new SAP FICO functionalities and enhancements.

- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices.

- Testing and Quality Assurance

- Develop test plans, execute functional testing, and support user acceptance testing for SAP FICO implementations.

- Ensure high-quality solutions by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes.

- User Training and Support

- Conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of new SAP functionalities and changes.

- Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and issue resolution for SAP FICO.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications in SAP FICO are a plus.

- Experience: 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong emphasis on FI and positive knowledge of CO.

- Skills
- Proficiency in SAP FI modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Management, and Bank Accounting.

- Experience with SAP CO functionalities such as Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels
