1. SAP Financial Accounting (FI) Module:
- Configuration and customization of SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules for seamless business processes.
- SAP Controlling (CO) Module:
- Configuration and implementation of SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Proficient in handling COPA (Profitability Analysis) and understanding its integration with other SAP modules.
- Financial Reporting:
- Design and create financial reports using SAP Report Painter and Report Writer.
- Generate and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- End-to-End Project Management:
- Lead and actively participate in SAP FICO implementation projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionality and processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP FICO users.
- Compliance and Controls:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Implement and monitor SAP FICO security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module configuration and implementation.
- Robust understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management and successful project delivery.
Technical Skills:
- SAP ERP (ECC 6.0 and above)
- SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
- SAP Report Painter and Report Writer
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
