- We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.
- Gather business requirements and provide SAP solutions.
- Lead SAP FI and CO configuration activities.
- Handle:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Handle:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profitability Analysis
- Configure:
- Document Types
- Posting Keys
- Payment Terms
- Account Determination
- Support tax and statutory requirements.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support integration with SAP MM, SD, and other modules.
- Analyze complex functional issues and provide solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams.
- Lead testing activities, including:
- Integration Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support production issues and root cause analysis.
- Manage business stakeholder communication.
- Guide and mentor functional consultants.
Required Skills
- Strong SAP FICO experience.
- Strong SAP FI and CO configuration experience.
- Good knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM and SD.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
