Responsibilities:
1. SAP EWM Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP EWM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD).
- Warehouse Process Optimization:
- Analyze current warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized warehouse processes using SAP EWM.
- Provide recommendations for warehouse layout and storage strategies.
- Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise:
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior consultants and team members.
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users.
- Address user queries and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM configuration and customization.
- Experience with SAP MM, SAP SD, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- SAP EWM certification is preferred.
