Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Database Architect / SAP HANA Architect with 10+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis, database architecture, SAP integration, security, and enterprise SAP landscape management .

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing architectural guidance, technical support, and troubleshooting across SAP database and Basis environments, while working closely with integration, security, infrastructure, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and support SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA database architectures for enterprise environments.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance for SAP database and Basis landscapes.
- Support SAP integration with bolt-on systems using SAP PI/PO, IDoc, RFC, and ALE .
- Provide architectural support for SAP Basis environments and complex production escalations.
- Design and support SAP/HANA Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Work with authentication technologies including SAML, LDAP, SAP Logon Tickets, and SAP NetWeaver Portal .
- Support SAP security, SSL certificates, encryption keys, and certificate management .
- Provide technical expertise for SAP Solution Manager and LMDB .
- Support SAP Service Marketplace-related activities and SAP landscape management.




- Provide architectural and technical support for AutoSys , including SSL and encryption key management.
- Provide architectural support for Dazel and related SAP integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex database, Basis, connectivity, authentication, and integration issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP database solutions meet performance, security, availability, and scalability requirements.
- Provide technical leadership during critical incidents and Basis/database escalations.
- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, implementation planning, and technical documentation.

Mandatory Technical Skills SAP HANA / Database Architecture

- Strong experience with SAP HANA database architecture and administration .
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA database environments .
- Strong understanding of SAP database connectivity, performance, availability, and security.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP landscapes.

SAP Basis
- 8+ years of SAP Basis experience .
- Strong experience with SAP Basis architecture and production support.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager .
- Experience with LMDB (Landscape Management Database) .




- Experience handling complex Basis team escalations.

SAP Integration Robust knowledge of SAP integration and interfaces with bolt-on systems, including:
- SAP PI/PO
- IDoc
- RFC
- ALE

SAP/HANA SSO & Security Experience with SAP and HANA Single Sign-On implementations, including:
- SAML
- LDAP
- SAP Logon Tickets
- SAP NetWeaver Portal
- SAP Security
- SSL certificates
- Certificate lifecycle management
- Encryption keys

AutoSys
- Experience providing AutoSys architectural and technical support .
- Experience managing SSL and encryption keys .
- Understanding of SAP and AutoSys scheduling/integration.

Dazel
- Experience providing Dazel architectural and technical support .
- Ability to troubleshoot and support Dazel within an SAP enterprise landscape.

SAP Solution Manager
- Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager .
- Hands-on experience with LMDB .
- Knowledge of SAP landscape management and SAP Service Marketplace.

Required Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of overall SAP/IT experience.
- 8+ years of SAP Basis experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA .
- Strong understanding of SAP database architecture and enterprise SAP landscapes.
- Experience in SAP security, authentication, integration, and certificate management.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and support enterprise production environments.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
