Role Overview Seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Techno-Functional Expert to deliver application support, resolve technical issues, and drive ongoing enhancements for the enterprise SAP CPQ platform. This role partners directly with business stakeholders, sales operations, IT, and integration teams to guarantee reliable quote-to-cash operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CPQ incidents, service requests, and recurring system issues.

- Configure and enhance product catalogs, product attributes, guided selling logic, and configuration rules.

- Maintain and customize pricing models, discount matrices, and approval workflows.

- Manage document templates, proposal outputs, user roles, permissions, and security access.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent resolutions for production defects.

- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between SAP CPQ and CRM, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, pricing engines, tax tools, and order management systems.

- Translate business requirements into robust functional specifications and technical configurations.

- Prepare impact assessments, estimates, test scripts, and release deployment plans.

- Conduct unit testing, SIT, regression testing,



and coordinate UAT sign-offs.

- Participate in standard ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes via ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications Technical Skills

- 6 to 10+ years of dedicated experience in SAP CPQ (CallidusCloud) implementation, configuration, and production support.

- Deep expertise in SAP CPQ administration: product modeling, pricing rules, approval matrices, and document generation.

- Hands-on technical experience with CPQ custom scripting (IronPython), UI layout adjustments, and API/middleware integrations.

- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.

- Proven track record handling L2/L3 incident resolution, root-cause investigation, and release management.

- Solid documentation skills for functional design documents (FDD), runbooks, and test scenarios.
