Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of in office and work-from-home flexibility. The SAP CRM Functional Consultant will analyze and map business processes to SAP CRM functionalities, gathering and validating requirements with stakeholders and end users.

The role involves configuring SAP CRM modules, working with middleware and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems, and supporting testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. The consultant will create functional specifications, documentation, and training materials, and provide ongoing support,



troubleshooting, and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, advising on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and consulting engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience with strong Business Process analysis and mapping skills, with the ability to translate requirements into SAP CRM solutions.
- Candidates should possess deep SAP CRM functional expertise, including configuration, customization, and integration of CRM modules.
- Candidates should possess SAP CRM Technical and Middleware understanding to collaborate effectively with technical teams and support interfaces and data flows.
- Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution presentation.
- Relevant experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration, sales and service processes, and customer experience solutions is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Experience in the product or manufacturing sectors, and exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles, is an advantage.
