Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP CPQ Consultant based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The SAP CPQ Consultant will design, configure, and maintain SAP Configure Price Quote solutions to support complex sales processes, product configuration, pricing rules, and approvals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to SAP CPQ capabilities, and collaborating with sales, finance,



and IT teams to optimize quoting workflows and integrations with CRM and ERP systems. The role involves creating functional and technical specifications, managing master data relevant to products and pricing, performing system testing, and supporting users through training and documentation. The consultant will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting issues, and advising stakeholders on best practices for CPQ and related business processes.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills to interpret business requirements, optimize pricing and configuration logic, and troubleshoot complex CPQ issues.
- Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, solution design, and presenting recommendations to business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of business processes related to sales, quoting, pricing, approvals, and order management, with the ability to translate them into SAP CPQ workflows.
- Experience managing master data for products, pricing, discounts, and customer information within SAP CPQ or related systems.
- Integration skills for connecting SAP CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPQ (or similar CPQ platforms); familiarity with SAP ecosystem (SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation, testing, and user training, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant SAP or CPQ certifications are beneficial.
