Job Summary We are looking for experienced SAP Consultants and SAP Project Managers to support global SAP/ERP implementation, integration, data migration, project management, testing, and production support activities.

Candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in their respective SAP domain, along with the ability to work with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, vendors, and globally distributed project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in SAP TM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions.
- Configure and support transportation planning, transportation execution, freight management, and settlement processes.
- Work on freight orders, freight units, carrier management, and related transportation processes.
- Support SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.

- Analyze integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support DRC enhancements based on business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration lifecycle, including planning, assessment, extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
- Drive data mapping and transformation activities using ETL processes, with a strong focus on SAP BODS.
- Execute and support data loads using LSMW, LTMC, and related migration methods.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data loads and migration.
- Perform data assessment and profiling to evaluate readiness, completeness, consistency, and quality.
- Identify data cleansing and enrichment opportunities in collaboration with business and functional teams.
- Support defect management, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
