Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Consultant role based in Dholera. The SAP Consultant will analyze business processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into effective SAP configurations and solutions.

Responsibilities include managing and maintaining master data, overseeing integrations between SAP and other systems, and supporting end users through training and issue resolution. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows,



improve data quality, and ensure system stability. The consultant will also document configurations, participate in testing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Sarjen’s digital transformation goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to engage stakeholders, map processes, and design effective SAP-enabled workflows.
- Candidates should possess Master Data and Integration skills to manage core data objects and ensure seamless connectivity between SAP modules and external systems.
- Relevant experience with SAP modules (such as MM, ABAP, Ewm (MM/ABAP), or FI/CO) in manufacturing, pharma, or similar regulated industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dholera, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with digital transformation projects, enterprise systems, and familiarity with validation/compliance requirements is an advantage.
