We are looking for an experienced ??? ?????? ?????????? to configure and support Concur Travel and Expense, including policy rules, approval workflows, audit settings, and integration with SAP FI and CO for postings and reimbursements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur Expense configuration, SAP FI/CO integration, posting error analysis, card feed reconciliation, root cause analysis, and controlled reprocessing procedures.

To keep expense submission, approval, and posting processes running smoothly and own the interface into finance whenever failures occur.

✅ Configure expense types, policy rules, audit rules, and approval workflows

✅ Configure travel policy, per diem, and mileage rules as per client policy

✅ Configure and support integration with SAP FI and CO for postings and reimbursements

✅ Perform root cause analysis on interface and posting errors

✅ Reprocess failed postings under controlled procedures

✅ Configure and maintain cost object and cost centre derivation for expense postings

✅ Support card feed reconciliation, including unmatched transactions

✅ Support UAT, end-user training,



and issue resolution for expense submissions

✅ Support VAT and tax treatment configuration wherever applicable to expense claims

✅ Support period-end and audit requests with evidence from the expense system

✅ Maintain configuration documentation and runbooks for policy and interface setup

✔️ Hands-on SAP Concur Expense configuration experience

✔️ Strong experience in policy rules, audit rules, and approval workflows

✔️ Experience in integration between Concur and SAP FI / CO

✔️ Strong understanding of posting error analysis

✔️ Experience with SFTP or API-based file handling for extracts, card feeds, and postings

✔️ Robust knowledge of cost object derivation and accounting behind expense postings

✔️ Ability to perform root cause analysis on failed postings

✔️ Experience in controlled reprocessing procedures

✔️ Strong application support experience in Level 3 / Level 4 support model

✔️ Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
