Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for Quote to Cash logistics processes spanning order fulfillment, transportation, and 3PL execution.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes for logistics-related issues while meeting SLA and KPI targets.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations with 3PL providers, EDI partners, and SAP interfaces across shipment, billing, and delivery flows.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring process and interface issues and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Support month-end and period-end activities, including issue resolution and operational continuity for critical business cycles.

Experience:





- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quote to Cash / Order-to-Cash and logistics support.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD, Quote to Cash, and Order-to-Cash processes with direct exposure to 3PL operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP landscapes such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP BTP in a production support environment.
- Ability to support logistics integrations, interfaces, and EDI/IDoc-based transactions across enterprise systems.
- Experience in AMS, ITSM, and operational support for business-critical SAP logistics processes.

Valuable to Have:

- SAP implementation experience.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
