SAP Administration

- Provide advanced SAP technical support, including SAP BASIS support for:

- ERP 6.0 EHP8

- BW/BPC

- PO

- SNC

- SCM/APO

- LiveCache

- Various other modules

System Maintenance

- Handle the complete lifecycle of SAP:

- Installations

- Upgrades

- SAP Version Upgrades

- Enhancement Packages (EHP)

- SPS

- Kernel Upgrades

- SUM

- System Refreshes

- System Recovery Mechanisms

Performance Monitoring

- Regularly monitor SAP systems.

- Perform troubleshooting, tuning, and optimization to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Database Management

- Oversee database administration activities, including:

- Extending table space

- Reorganizing tables

- Updating statistics

- Verifying databases

- Work across multiple database platforms:

- HANA

- Sybase

- Oracle

- MSSQL

Disaster Recovery

- Maintain high availability and disaster recovery strategies for SAP systems.

- Ensure all systems are aligned with the organizations business continuity plans.

Project Involvement

- Play an active role in:

- AMS projects

- System migrations

- Upgrades

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective implementation and upgrades.

Security Compliance

- Ensure system integrity and security.

- Although the primary focus will be BASIS activities,



a basic understanding of SAP security aspects will be beneficial.

Technical Consultation

- Provide technical guidance for the:

- Design

- Upgrade

- Planning

- Execution of SAP Landscape.

Documentation

- Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.

Must-Haves

- Minimum 7-9 years of experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator.

- Strong experience with:

- HANA

- Sybase

- Oracle

- MSSQL databases

- Familiarity with business applications including:

- SAP ECC

- S/4HANA

- BW/4HANA

- DMS

- BOBJ

- Cloud-based solutions

- PI/PO

- SRM

- Solman

- Fiori

- CPS

- Proficient in:

- Windows/Linux OS administration

- VMware virtualization

- NASSAN storage

- Failover clustering

- SAN replication

- SAP HANA Certified Technical Consultant preferred.

- Extensive experience in:

- SAP system installations

- Upgrades

- Maintenance

- Performance tuning

- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong ability to think strategically.

- Sound knowledge of the design, upgrade, planning, and execution of SAP Landscape.

- At least one SAP implementation project with HANA systems.

- Working knowledge of SAP HANA design and memory management.

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

- SAP BASIS certifications, such as:

- SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration

- SAP HANA

- SAP HANA 2.0

- SAP HANA Certified Technical Consultant certification is a plus.
