We are seeking a motivated and skilled SAP Ariba Professional with hands-on experience in procurement processes and SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and S2P (Source-to-Pay) processes, along with experience in ERP-integrated procurement environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support SAP Ariba procurement processes across the organization.
- Work on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle activities.
- Create, modify, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and process PO changes.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business teams to streamline sourcing and purchasing operations.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and ERP systems.
- Support issue resolution, process enhancements, and user guidance related to procurement workflows.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in SAP Ariba and ERP-based procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) and Source-to-Pay (S2P/STP) processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba P2P, including:
- Purchase Order (PO) creation
- PO modifications and change management
- Supplier and procurement workflows
- Knowledge of procurement lifecycle, sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Experience working in enterprise procurement environments.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP ERP integration.
- Understanding of procurement best practices and compliance processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
