- Technical Lead Role in SAP ABAP Development, specializing in SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (SAP CX / C4C) integrations.

- Prospect to design and architect SAP solutions integrating S/4HANA (or ECC) with SAP Sales & Service Cloud for end to-end customer engagement scenarios.

- Lead and supervise development teams building and supporting Cloud-to-Core integrations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Collaborate closely with Sales/Service Cloud functional consultants and business stakeholders to define technical integration strategies across CRM, Sales, and Service processes.

- Design and develop custom interfaces (OData, SOAP, REST, CPI/PI-PO) and enhancements connecting SAP Sales & Service Cloud with backend SAP systems.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities and best practices.

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership and technical skills in cloud-core integration technologies.

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical designs, integration architecture, and developed solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and unit testing to maintain solution integrity across cloud and on premise components.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Sales/Service Cloud integration patterns and customer experience solutions.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in software development, with significant exposure to SAP technologies, including SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (SAP CX / C4C).





- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles within SAP integration or CX-focused projects.

- 12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 4 full-cycle projects as Technical Lead involving Sales/Service Cloud integration.

- Strong expertise in ABAP, including Interfaces, Enhancements, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and OData services.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in OOABAP is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP PI/PO for cloud-to-core integration scenarios is highly desirable.

- Working knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud data models, business objects, and standard extension/integration points (BAdIs, SOAP/REST APIs).

- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and side-by-side extension development is an added advantage.

- Functional knowledge in SAP CRM, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), or SAP Customer Service (CS) is an added advantage.

- Proven ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding and integration standards.

- Proficient in providing solution design and solution architecture.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-integrated technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross functional and cross-system (cloud/on premise) teams.
