Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP HR Developer with over 4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP programming, specifically within the HR module. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining SAP HR applications to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize SAP HR applications using ABAP programming.

- HR Module Expertise: Work extensively with SAP HR modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll), PT (Personnel Time Management), etc.

- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP HR applications with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Enhancements and Reports: Develop and implement user exits, BADIs, and BAPIs. Create custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of SAP HR applications through efficient coding practices.

- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.

- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation for developed solutions.

- Support and Maintenance:



Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP HR applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, SAP best practices, and relevant industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP ABAP programming language.

- Strong understanding of SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, PT, etc.).

- Experience with SAP Enhancement Framework, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, and ALE/IDocs.

- Knowledge of SAP Workflow, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.

- Familiarity with SAP HANA and Fiori is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP HCM module implementation and support.
