Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment to achieve the client's expected business results.

SAP Skills

Should have at least 2+ years’ experience in SAP End-to-end implementation, roll-

out/production support/enhancement/upgrade projects

Should have experience and expert knowledge with programming in SAP development languages and practices related to ABAP on HANA, ODATA, CDS Views, AMDP, Adobe forms etc.

Should have experience of working with:





Integration techniques like Rest API, ABAP Proxy, RFC, IDOC & XML

Working Hours and Travel The majority of Groupsoft customers are based out of North America and Europe, hence working hours flexibility would be required.

The position will also entail global travel on time to time-to-time basis, hence the candidate must be ready to travel onsite for a short duration.

Considering SAP products/solutions are always evolving, new versions and technologies learnings are key for consulting success,

The consultants need to be on top of the learning curve and keep on building new skills in the different modules of SAP.

Requirements

Key Job Responsibilities:



The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions.

Should have experience in understanding SAP Implementation project methodology,

phases, and work as per tight timelines as per project schedules/ resources.

Should be able to analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's needs.

Should be responsible primarily for the successful implementation of the SAP module,

providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients and other stakeholders.

Should have experience in managing complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.

Should demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation and discussion.

Consultants must have the ability to understand the specific area project risks and be able to engage the right stakeholders on a timely basis.

Should be able to contribute to pre-sales, customer demos, Retail roadmaps, Customer

Customer Expectation Management

Should have experience in managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle with a proactive approach and positive attitude.

Eligibility

University degree preferred

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HANA

Should have at least one end-to-end implementations & roll-out/production support/enhancement/upgrade projects.

SAP certification is mandatory

Fiori experience is added advantage
