Sampling & Return Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sample coordination across Pan-India locations.
- Coordinate with Sales Heads, Sales Teams, Stock/Warehouse, Branches, and Clients for sample requirements.
- Arrange and track samples for client visits, displays, installations, demonstrations, and gifting.
- Maintain accurate records of sample inward, outward, dispatch, and return movements.
- Track sample shipments and ensure timely delivery and return after completion of the requirement.
- Follow up on pending sample returns and coordinate with relevant teams for closure.
- Verify returned samples for quantity, condition, and damages in coordination with the Technical Team.
- Ensure returned samples are properly counted and added back to stock.
- Track CR parcels, mismatch/replacement orders, and other special sample movements.
- Maintain branch-wise sample records and support branch audits and discrepancy closure.
- Prepare sample tracking, pending return,



reconciliation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure complete documentation and proper closure of the sample lifecycle from dispatch to final return.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sample Coordination, Sales Coordination, Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Experience in Building Materials, Manufacturing, or Architectural Products will be preferred.
- Comfortable coordinating with Pan-India teams and locations.
