- Conduct theory and practical training in Apparel-related skills.
- Train candidates in garment stitching, sewing machine operation, fabric handling, measurements, finishing, and quality control.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Conduct assessments and maintain trainee performance records.
- Maintain attendance, daily training reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline.
- Support candidates in developing job-oriented skills and workplace readiness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant qualification/experience in Apparel,
Garment, Textile, Fashion Technology, or related field.
- Relevant industry/training experience preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of apparel production and stitching operations.
- Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
- ToT certification will be preferred.
- Experience in Skill Development projects will be an added advantage.
