About the Role

Trishuli Creations is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ladies Footwear Sample Coordinator to join our production and development team in Sikandra, Agra.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end sample development process—serving as the central link between sample room technicians, pattern makers, vendors, and management. You will ensure that all ladies' footwear samples (Proto, Fit, Salesman, and Production approval samples) are made accurately, on schedule, and according to required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Sample Lifecycle Tracking: Oversee daily sample development from tech pack/design receipt through final approval.
- Component & Material Coordination: Organize upper leathers, synthetics, soles, lasts, heels, buckles, and embellishments required for sample making.
- Sample Room Liaison: Communicate technical specifications and modifications directly to sample room technicians, pattern makers, and lasting supervisors.
- Quality & Fit Inspection: Inspect incoming samples for proper finishing,



stitching, heel alignment, balance, and spec sheet measurements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain updated tracking sheets, material swatch logs, and sample dispatch/approval records.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in footwear sample coordination or sample room management (Ladies' footwear experience required).
- Technical Footwear Knowledge: Solid understanding of shoe construction, last shapes, heel fitting, leather grading, and trim application.
- Organized & Punctual: Ability to handle multiple sample requests simultaneously and meet tight dispatch deadlines.
- Communication: Clear communication skills to explain technical adjustments to sample room staff and management.
- Computer Basics: Basic proficiency in MS Excel / spreadsheets for tracking sample status.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
