Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and punctual Sampling / Return Executive to manage client coordination, sample dispatch and return records, email communication, and branch audit activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sampling data and ensuring timely follow-up with clients regarding samples.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients and ensure timely coordination.

- Handle client communication through email, phone, and other communication channels.

- Provide proper, professional, and timely responses to client emails and queries.

- Maintain complete and accurate records of all samples sent to and received from clients.

- Track sample movement, including dispatch date, client details, return date, pending samples, and status.

- Follow up with clients for sample returns and ensure samples are received within the required timeline.

- Prepare and maintain sampling/return MIS and reports on a regular basis.

- Conduct or support branch audits as per company requirements and report observations.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding sample dispatch, return, documentation, and client requirements.

- Undertake travelling to branches or client locations, whenever required.

- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all sampling and return activities.





- Identify pending/overdue samples and take timely follow-up action.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client and sample-related information.

- Ensure punctuality, discipline, and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good email drafting and professional communication skills.

- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining sampling data.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good attention to detail and record-keeping ability.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel when required.

- Should be punctual, disciplined, responsible, and proactive.

- Ability to maintain valuable professional relationships with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Prior experience in sampling, customer coordination, operations, sales support, returns, or administration will be preferred.

- Candidate should be comfortable with branch visits and travelling whenever required.

- Strong follow-up ability and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
