Position: Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and patient-centric Project Manager who will be responsible for driving end-to-end product development and project execution for supportive care products, including wigs, creams, skincare and related oncology-support products.

The role will involve close coordination with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors, manufacturers and other external stakeholders to ensure timely, quality-focused and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones for product development.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within defined budgets.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies and challenges and drive timely resolution.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with R&D;, vendors, dermatologists, oncologists and product designers.
- Liaise with external partners including manufacturers, suppliers, testing laboratories and packaging vendors.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.

3. Regulatory & Compliance

- Support compliance with applicable cosmetic industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate documentation, quality checks, testing and relevant certifications.




- Ensure required project and product documentation is maintained accurately.

4. Market Research & Customer Insights

- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for relevant products.
- Gather insights into the needs, preferences and challenges of MOC oncology patients.
- Translate customer/patient insights into opportunities for patient-centric product innovation.

5. Operations & Vendor Management

- Manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and other vendors.
- Coordinate procurement of raw materials, accessories such as wig fibres, packaging materials and other requirements.
- Negotiate and monitor timelines, quality standards and costs with vendors.

6. Communication & Reporting

- Act as the single point of contact between MOC management and project stakeholders.
- Prepare regular project status reports, MIS and progress updates.
- Present project updates, key risks and action plans to leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
- Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, preferably in cosmetics/personal care/healthcare products.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Patient-centric and empathy-driven approach.
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
