Role Description The Salon Manager at Cut & Style Qutab Plaza is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The person in this role oversees day-to-day salon operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring service quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising stylists and beauticians,



supporting them in delivering excellent customer service, achienving sales target, handling client inquiries and concerns, and monitoring inventory and product usage. This role requires hands-on leadership on the salon floor, with regular interaction with clients.
