Menswear Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Executive to join our men’s fashion store, Zen Mens Wear in Karaikudi.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in men’s fashion, styling, fabrics, and customer service. You will be responsible for helping customers choose the right outfits while creating a friendly and professional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Help customers select shirts, pants, T-shirts and other menswear.
- Give basic styling and outfit suggestions based on customer needs.
- Explain product fit, fabric, quality and features clearly.
- Handle customer questions and provide excellent service.
- Suggest suitable combinations and encourage add-on purchases.
- Maintain the showroom and product displays neatly.
- Manage product folding, sizing and stock arrangement.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build good relationships with regular customers.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience,



preferably in men’s fashion or retail.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Genuine interest in men’s fashion and styling.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, fits and current fashion trends.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Should be comfortable working on weekends and during festival seasons.
